摘要：急危重症患者病情危重紧急,疾病复杂,症状繁多易变,使中医病史采集和辨证论治困难重重,治疗效果不理想。故寻找一种快速准确的病史采集和辨证论治思维方式是促进急危重症患者中医治疗效果的必由之路。本文通过论述应用"十问歌"体系进行病史采集,快速得出临床主症,系统选择中医辨证论治体系,形成从病史采集到辨证治疗的急危重症辨证诊治思维过程,以求快速和准确地确立急危重症辨证施治方案,提高急危重症的中医治疗效果。
The critical patients have critical and urgent conditions,complex diseases and variable symptoms,which make it difficult to collect the medical history of traditional Chinese medicine and treat them according to syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the therapeutic effect is not satisfactory. Therefore,it is the only way to promote the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with acute and critical illness to find a way of rapid preparation of medical history collection and thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Through discussing the application of "Ten Questions" system in collecting medical history,we can quickly get the main clinical symptoms and syndromes,systematically select the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and further form the thinking process of syndrome differentiation and treatment of critical and critical diseases from the collection of medical history to the treatment of syndrome differentiation,so as to quickly and accurately establish the scheme of syndrome differentiation and treatment of critical diseases and improve the situation,and thus promote the therapeutic effect of TCM.
