摘要：膝骨关节炎(KOA)是一种常见的退行性关节疾病,其治疗目标是减轻疼痛、改善功能并延缓病程。然而,传统疗法在软骨再生和功能恢复方面仍有局限性。富血小板血浆(PRP)因含有多种促生长因子,近年来广泛用于组织修复,具有促进软骨细胞增殖、改善关节微环境等作用。同时,中医药通过整体调节、多靶点干预与PRP联合应用,展现出协同增效的潜力。本文系统综述KOA的病因病机、PRP作用机制及其与中医药联合治疗的研究进展,探讨其临床应用价值及未来方向。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common degenerative joint disease.Its treatment goal is to relieve pain,improve function and delay the course of disease.However,traditional therapies still have limitations in cartilage regeneration and functional recovery.Platelet rich plasma(PRP)is widely used in tissue repair in recent years because it contains a variety of growth-promoting factors,which can promote the proliferation of chondrocytes and improve the joint microenvironment.Concurrently,traditional Chinese medicine shows the potential for synergy when combined with PRP through overall regulation and multi-target therapy.This article systematically reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of KOA,the mechanism of PRP and the research progress of its combined treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses its clinical application value and future direction.
