摘要：目的探讨一种以增强护理基本技能为主的新型培训模式。方法选取低年资护士120名,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各60名。试验组应用意念-徒手模式培训,对照组应用常规模式培训,培训后对静脉输液、胃插管术以及拔罐法等3项护理操作技能进行考查,并采用交流恐惧自陈量表(PRCA-24)、沟通能力测量表以及患者满意度调查问卷进行调查。结果培训后两组护士静脉输液(t=4.52,P<0.001)、胃插管术(t=9.48,P<0.001)及拔罐法(t=6.77,P<0.001)等操作技能得分及PRCA-24得分(t=5.72,P<0.001)、沟通能力测量表得分(t=7.06,P<0.001)均较培训前有所提高;但试验组护士的静脉输液(t=3.21,P<0.01)、胃插管术(t=2.84,P<0.01)及拔罐法(t=4.83,P<0.001)等操作技能得分及PRCA-24得分(t=3.78,P<0.001)、沟通能力测量表得分(t=2.99,P<0.01)均高于对照组护士;并且患者对试验组护士的满意度优于对照组护士(χ2=5.53,P<0.05)。结论意念-徒手模式对提高低年资护士操作技能及沟通交流能力的培训效果优于常规模式。
Objective To explore a new training model that aimed to enhance the basic nursing skill.Methods A total of 120 low seniority nurses from the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were assigned into experimental group（n=60） and control group（n=60） by random numbers table.The experimental group used ideas-manual mode and the control group used conventional mode.We used skill examination and assessment scale to evaluate the effects.Results After intervention,the scores of intravenous infusion（t=4.52,P0.001）,intubation stomach（t=9.48,P0.001） and cupping therapy（t=6.77,P0.001）,and the scores of PRCA-24（t=5.72,P0.001） and communication（t=7.06,P0.001） significantly increased both in the experimental group and the control group.However,nurses in the experimental group reported better scores on intravenous infusion（t=3.21,P0.01）,intubation stomach（t=2.84,P0.01）,cupping therapy（t=4.83,P0.001）,PRCA-24（t=3.78,P0.001） and communication（t=2.99,P0.01） than those in the control group.Conclusion The ideation-manual mode is more effective on basic skill and communication than the conventional mode.
