摘要：敦煌石室文献中所包含的针灸医学内容在针灸学发展史中占有重要的地位,是研究唐及其以前针灸学的宝贵文献资料。文章总结了隋唐前后针刺疗法的发展状况,分类整理归纳了敦煌医学文献中针刺疗法的应用情况(主要涉及肺系、心系、脾胃、肝胆、肾系等临床各科)及应用特色。敦煌医学是中医学的独有宝藏,应不断挖掘、梳理和归纳其中的宝贵财富,并加强其临床实用性的研究,使其更加广泛、有效的服务于临床,这将成为敦煌医学今后研究的必然趋势。
Acupuncture medical literature contained in the Dunhuang stone chamber literature occupies an important position in the history of the development of acupuncture and moxibustion, which is a valuable literature on the study of acupuncture in Tang dynasty and before. This paper summarizes the development of acupuncture therapy in Sui and Tang dynasties, and analyses its application in Dunhuang medical literature(mainly deals with clinical departments such as lung system, heart system, spleen and stomach, liver and gallbladder, kidney system and so on) and the characteristics of the application of acupuncture. Dunhuang medicine is a unique treasure of traditional Chinese medicine. We should constantly excavate, sort out and sum up the precious wealth, and strengthen the study of its clinical practicability, so as to make it more widely and effectively serve the clinical, which will become the inevitable trend of Dunhuang medical research in the future.
