摘要：目的 探讨运用胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病的方法,为胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病今后进入社区及家庭提供指导。方法 使用珠海福尼亚医疗公司生产的胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病,严密监测用泵前后血糖变化,每日监测血糖7次,期间加强对患者的糖尿病健康教育及胰岛素泵的保护。结果 用胰岛素泵强化治疗5-14 d后患者的血糖均可以控制在理想的水平。结论 经过胰岛素泵治疗、糖尿病健康教育等治疗,可有效地将带泵患者血糖控制在理想水平,减少并发症的发生,有效提高患者生活质量,降低了医疗费用。
Objective To investigate the use of insulin pump therapy in the treatment of diabetes,and to provide guidance for the treatment of diabetes in the future. Methods Zhuhai funiya medical company production of insulin pump intensive treatment of diabetes,close monitoring of pump before and after the change of blood glucose,7 times of daily blood glucose monitoring and strengthened during the period the protection of the patient＇s health education of diabetes mel itus and insulin pump. Results The blood glucose level of the patients treated with insulin pump after 5-14 d could be control ed at the ideal level. Conclusion After treatment of insulin pump therapy,diabetes health education can effectively wil with pump blood glucose control in the ideal level,reduce the complications,improve the patient＇s quality of life,reducing the medical costs.
