摘要：高血压是影响人类健康的主要疾病,长期体循环高压会引起左心室肥厚和心肌细胞的变化,主要表现为心脏收缩舒张功能受损。究其原因,高血压所导致的心肌纤维化起到了关键作用,故积极控制血压是防治心肌纤维化的关键。现代医学治疗仍存在一些不足,中医药治疗或可以弥补其短板。本文论述了中医药干预高血压心肌纤维化的作用机制及研究进展,以期为防治高血压引起的心肌纤维化提供理论基础。
Hypertension is a major disease affecting human health.Chronic systemic hypertension can lead to left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiomyocyte changes,primarily manifesting as impaired cardiac systolic and diastolic function.The underlying mechanism is that hypertension-induced myocardial fibrosis plays a crucial role.Therefore,actively controlling blood pressure is the key to manage myocardial fibrosis.While modern medical therapies still have certain limitations,traditional Chinese medicine may complement these shortages.This review article summarizes the mechanisms and advances of traditional Chinese medicine interventions in hypertension-induced myocardial fibrosis,aiming to provide theoretical foundation for management of hypertension-induced myocardial fibrosis.
