摘要：目的制作一种简易的大鼠针刺固定器,为大鼠针刺实验提供易制作、价廉、易操作的实验工具。方法选用废弃的衣服布料,按设计图纸缝制大鼠针刺固定器。把大鼠放入针刺固定器后口,待大鼠的头伸出固定器前口时收紧系带,注意松紧要适宜。固定后,可对大鼠头面部及双下肢进行针刺操作。结果将大鼠完全固定耗时约3 s,固定及针刺操作过程中无实验人员被抓伤或咬伤的情况。结论大鼠针刺固定器与目前已有的固定器相比,具有取材方便、制作简单、成本低廉、操作容易、大小易调节、大鼠不易挣脱、清洁方便、易存放等优点,为实验人员进行大鼠针刺实验操作提供了安全、简洁的方法。
Objective To make a simple holder for acupuncture in rats,providing an experiment tool for acu- puncture on experimental rats with easy manufacture,low price and easy operation. Methods A holder for acupuncture in rats was made by sewing up wasted fabrics according to the designed drawing.Having put a rat into the rear end opening of the holder, not until its head poked out of the front end opening was the lacing tightened, then adjusted its tightness degree. After fixation, acupuncture manipulation was performed on the head, face and lower limbs of rat.Results It took 3 s to completely fix the rat,and no scratches or bites were found on experimenter during the fixation and acupuncture manipulation.Conclusion Compared with the existing holder,it has the advantages of extensive material obtainment, easy manufacture,low price, easy operation, easy adjustable size, reliable fixation,clean convenience and easy storage,which provides a safe and concise method for experimenters to perform acupuncture in rats.
