摘要：舒肝消积丸5～10mg/kg,用药5～6天,对异硫氰酸苯酯和四氯化碳诱发急性肝损伤所引起SGPT升高有非常明显的降低效应,并能明显对抗异硫氰酸笨酯引起的SB上升,病理组织学检查可见本品能减轻肝细胞变性、坏死。此外,舒肝消积丸还能增加家兔胆汁流量,保护小鼠因四氯化碳中毒引起的戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间的延长。
With Shugan Xiaoji Wan, 5-10g/kg, ior 5 - 6 days' treatment, We can produce lowering action on the acute hepatic injury of rat induced by APIT and Aon the rising of SGPT caused by CC14 induce acute hepatic injury of rat. This pill possesses apparnet anti-SB-rising action caused by APIT, thus, it has distinctive effect on the treatment of experiment jaundice. Histopathological examination shows that this medicine can alleviate the condition of the degeneration of hepatic cells and that of necrosis. Moreover, it can also increase the biliation flow of rabbit and protect the mouse, after having been poisoned by CCl4, from suffering sleep induction period and the prolongation of recovery when applying Pentobarbital sodium.
