摘要:作为我国传统大宗药材,大黄临床应用范围广,但受用药习惯影响,其药用部位以根及根茎为主,占全草1/2以上的非药用部位常被丢弃,造成资源浪费和环境污染。大黄非药用部位主要含蒽醌类、黄酮类、多糖类、鞣质类、有机酸类成分,还富含多种氨基酸、矿物质元素和常规营养成分,具泻下、止血、抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化、降血脂等药理作用,安全性高。本文通过梳理大黄非药用部位化学成分、药理作用及资源利用状况,以期为大黄资源深度开发利用提供参考。
As a traditional bulk medicinal material in China, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma has a wide range of clinical applications, but due to the influence of medication habits, its medicinal parts are mainly roots and rhizomes.Accounting for more than 1/2 of the whole grass, the non-medicinal parts are often discarded, resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution. The non-medicinal parts of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma mainly contain anthraquinones, flavonoids, polysaccharides, tannins and organic acids, as well as a variety of amino acids, mineral elements and conventional nutrients. It has pharmacological effects such as diarrhea, hemostasis, anti-inflammatory,bacteriostasis, anti-oxidation and blood lipid reduction, and has high safety. This article combed the chemical components, pharmacological effects and resource utilization of non-medicinal parts of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, in order to provide references for the deep development and utilization of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma resources.
