摘要：甘肃省现有54个少数民族,少数民族总人口219. 9万,占全省总人口的8. 7%。藏族作为其中之一,占有很大的比重。根据藏族居民聚居区地理环境、生活方式、宗教习俗等,将藏族传统体育项目分为健身养生类、舞蹈娱乐类、竞技比赛类,并分析这些项目所具有的特征以及藏族传统体育项目的传承和发展,为增强藏族民众的身体素质,促进藏族传统体育的推广与现代体育的结合,更好地发展藏族传统体育项目。
Gansu is home to 54 ethnic minorities, with a total population of 2.199 million, accounting for 8.7% of the province＇s total population. As one of them, Tibetans occupy a large proportion. Based on the geo-environment, life style and religious customs of the inhabitants of Tibetan communities, the Tibetan traditional sports are divided into fitness and health classes, dance entertainment and competitive games, and the characteristics of these projects are analyzed, as well as the inheritance and development of Tibetan traditional sports items, in order to enhance the physical fitness of Tibetan people, to promote the promotion of Tibetan traditional sports and modern sports, and to better develop traditional Tibetan sports.
