摘要：目的:观察和胃降逆汤联合西药治疗反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法:将108例反流性咽喉炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组给予奥美拉唑镁肠溶片、西沙必利片口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用和胃降逆汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率为96.3%,对照组有效率79.6%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组和声嘶或发声问题、清喉、咽喉黏液增多或后鼻溢液感、喉中有黏滞或团块状感、刺激性咳嗽评分和RSI总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肉芽肿/肉芽组织、红斑/充血、声带水肿、弥漫性喉水肿评分和RFS总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:和胃降逆汤联合西药治疗反流性咽喉炎疗效显著,能进一步改善患者的症状、体征。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Stomach-Harmonizing and Couterflow-Downbearing Decoction combined with western medicine on laryngopharygeal reflux （LPR）. Methods： 108 cases with LPR were randomized into control group and observation group, with 54 eases in each group. Control group were orally given Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablet and Cisapride h^r the treatment. Observation group were added with Stomach-Harmonizing and Couterflow-Downbearing Decoction. Results： The effective rate of observation group （96.3%） was higher than that of control group （79.6%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the scores of hoarseness, voicing problem, throat clearing, excessive mucus of the throat, sensation of the posterior nasal dis- c^harge＇~ sticky stagnation 9r mass sensation in the throat, irritable cough as well as the total score of RSI in observation group were lower than those in control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The scores of granulomafgranulation tissue, erythemafcongestion, edema of vocal cord, diffuse throat edema as well as the total score of RFS were lower than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Stomach-Harmonizing and Couterflow-Downbearing Decoction combined with western medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on LPR, which can further improve the symptoms and signs of the patients.
