摘要:目的:调查甘肃省医学院校医学生医德教育的现状。方法:使用自编调查问卷收集资料,应用独立样本T检验、方差分析、因子分析和结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果:医学生对医德院校教育评价均分为3.50±0.74,对医德社会环境评价均分为4.13±0.67,对医德认知自我评价均分为4.29±0.54,对医德践行预期自我评价均分为4.36±0.54,对医生医德践行评价均分为3.68±0.74,对医德认知自我评价均分为4.29±0.54,对医德践行预期自我评价均分为4.36±0.54;医德教育水平、社会医德环境对医学生医德理想发挥正向影响,医德教育水平、社会医德环境和医学生医德理想对医学生医德认知发挥正向影响,医学生医德认知和医生医德水平对医学生医德践行预期发挥正向影响。结论:医德教育对医德践行能力重视不够,医生医德教育的榜样作用被削弱,医德建构过程具有阶段性特征,社会医德环境推动高尚医德形成,医德激励机制影响医德教育。
Objective : To clarify the current situation and analyze the influencing factors of medical ethics education of medi- cal students. Methods: The data were collected by means of questionnaire. Analysis of variance and factor analysis were used to an- alyze the data. Results : The data analysis showed that the average score of medical students on medical ethics education self- eval- uation was 3.50±0.74. The average score on cognitive of medical ethics self-evaluation was 4.29±0.54. The average score of medi- cal ethics practice expectations was 4.36±0.54. The average score of the doctor medical ethics practice was 3.68±0,74. Medical eth- ics education level and social medical ethics environment exerted positive influence on medical students" medical ethics. Medical ethics education level, social medical ethics environment and medical students" medical ethics had a positive impact on medical students" cognition of medical ethics. Medical students" medical ethics cognition and doctors" medical ethics level played a positive impact on medical students" medical ethics practice. Conclusion: There was not enough attention was paid to the construction process of medical practice ability in medical ethics education. The role of doctors in medical students" medical ethics education had been weakened. The incentive mechanism of medical ethics affected the education of medical ethics.
