摘要：甘南藏医药是国家非物质文化遗产,积极寻求新的传承发展模式是甘南藏医药当下亟需解决的科学问题。本研究采用文献、访谈、对比等方法,研究甘南名老藏医学术经验传承模式和传承方法,发现甘南名老藏医经验传承经过了口传心授、纸质文献、电子文献的过程,其传承模式有跟师型、寺院型、院校型等。为提高甘南名老藏医学术思想的可持续性、系统性,本文结合甘南藏医药传承特点,并借鉴名老中医传承方法,围绕甘南藏医药为中心,以创新教育体制、大数据、临床评价、探索机制等四位一体研究性传承模式,以促进甘南名老藏医有效传承模式与方法的发展,推动藏医药学术的传承和创新。
Gannan Tibetan medicine is a national intangible cultural heritage,and it is an urgent scientific problem to actively demand a new inheritance and development model.This study adopts the methods of literature,interview and comparison to study the inheritance mode and method of Gannan famous Tibetan medicine experience.It is found that the inheritance of Gannan famous Tibetan medicine experience has gone through the process of oral teaching,paper literature and electronic literature,and its inheritance mode includes teacher following type,temple type,University type,etc.In order to improve the sustainability and systematization of Gannan Tibetan medicine,this paper combines the inheritance characteristics of Gannan Tibetan medicine,and draws on the inheritance methods of famous Chinese medicine.Centering on Gannan Tibetan medicine,it focuses on the innovation of educational system,big data,clinical evaluation and exploration mechanism,so as to promote the development of effective inheritance mode and method of Gannan Tibetan medicine to promote the inheritance and innovation of Tibetan medicine.
