摘要:目的:分析医学课程思政的发展历程,探究其研究热点与发展趋势,为未来医学课程思政研究提供科学依据。方法:通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),以“课程思政”为检索词,经人工筛选排除,得到相关文献,利用VOSviewer软件进行可视化分析。结果:医学课程思政研究近年来在我国呈快速增长趋势,但在中文核心期刊发表的文献仅占3.86%,各研究机构间的合作较少。关键词聚类分析显示,关键词主要集中在课程思政、教学改革、思政教育等方面,关键词密度视图分布松散,整体性不强。结论:应加强作者、研究机构之间的学术交流与科研合作,除关注课程思政本身之外,更要关注思政融入医学专业课程的具体实践路径,同时未来可对混合式教学等新热点进行深入研究。
Objective:To analyze the development process of ideological and political education in medical curriculum,explore its research hot spot and development trend,and provide scientific basis for future researches in the field of ideological and political educa?tion in medical curriculum.Methods:The CNKI databse and CBM databse were searched by computer,with"ideological and political education in curriculum"as the search term.The relevant literatures were obtained after manual screening and exclusion,and visualiza?tion analysis was carried out using VOSviewer software.Results:In recent years,the research on ideological and political education in medical curriculum has shown a rapid growth trend in China,but only 3.86%of these literatures were published in Chinese Core Jour?nals,and there is less cooperation among research institutions.The keyword cluster analysis shows that the keywords are mainly concen?trated in the aspects of ideological and political education in curriculum,teaching reform,ideological and political education,etc.The keyword density view is loosely distributed.Conclusion:Academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation between authors and research institutions should be strengthened.In addition to paying attention to ideological and political education in curriculum itself,more attention should be paid to the specific practice path of integrating ideological and political education into medical professional courses,and in the future,in-depth research can be conducted on new hot spots such as blended teaching.
