摘要:以桃仁和白芷药渣为原料在自动化堆肥装置中进行堆肥化试验,研究了堆肥过程的温度、p H值、C/N比和发芽指数(GI)等特征参数变化。结果表明:在长达28 d的堆肥化处理过程中,白芷药渣的堆体温度比桃仁药渣上升较慢,且高温期(≥50℃)持续时间仅为7 d,而桃仁渣的持续时间长达13 d。白芷药渣和桃仁药渣的C/N比分别下降44.6%和31.6%。堆肥结束时的T值(终点C/N比:初始C/N比)分别达为0.57和0.69。p H值分别为6.54和7.12。GI分别为85.09%和53.60%。获得的白芷和桃仁药渣堆肥有机质含量分别为74.42%和77.64%,总养分达5.2%和5.9%,p H值为6.54和7.12。
The composting experiments in an automatic compost system using residues of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Persicae Semen were carried out for 28 days to study changes of parameters of temperature, pH, C/N ratio and germination index(GI) during the composting process. The results showed that during the composting process, the temperature rise of was slower than that of Persicae semen. And the thermophilic phase( more than 50 ℃ )of the former just kept for 7 days, while that of the latter lasted for 13 days. For the residues of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Persicae Semen, the C/N ratio declined 44. 6% and 31.6% respectively. The T value( the final C/N ratio: the initial C/N ratio)was down to 0.57 and 0. 69 respectively, and the pH was down to 6.54 and 7.12 respectively. GI was 85.09% and 53.60% respectively. The final composts obtained from residues of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Persicae semen were up to 74.42% and 77.64% of organic matter, 5.2% and 5.9% of total nutrient(N, P2O5 and K2O) , 6. 54 and 7. 12 of pH respectively.
