摘要：BACKGROUND & AIMS: Cirrhosis is a major determinant of mortality in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) patients. Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), due to their ability to differentiate into hepatocellular like cells, have become the most promising method for clinical application in future replacement liver transplantation. In this study, we have investigated the effect and mechanism of Xiao-Zhi-Hua-Xian-Tang combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) transplantation on inflammatory injury and hepatocyte regeneration in experimental NASH-related liver cirrhosis.
