摘要:目的:研究黄芩、黄连等中药及其复方制剂对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR-AB)的体外抑菌作用和杀菌作用。方法:采用微量肉汤稀释法进行体外抑菌和杀菌试验,分别测定黄芩、黄连、大黄、五味子、五倍子配方颗粒以及双黄连粉针剂、三黄片、盐酸小檗碱片对MDR-AB的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:黄芩、黄连、五味子、五倍子配方颗粒以及双黄连粉针剂对MDR-AB的MIC值分别为:4~8、4、16~32、8~16、8~16 mg/m L;MBC值分别为:32、8~16、64~128、32~64、16~32 mg/m L。结论:黄芩、黄连、五味子、五倍子配方颗粒以及双黄连粉针剂对MDR-AB有较好的体外抑菌、杀菌活性。
Objective:To study the bacteriostasis and bactericidal effect of Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Coptidis and some compound preparations on multi drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanii(MDR-AB) in vitro. Methods: The in vitro bacteriostasis and bactericdal test were carried out by micro-broth dilution method. To detect the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei,Fructus Schisandrae,Galla Chinensis Formula and Shuanghuanglian Powder,Sanhuang Tablets and Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets on MDR-AB,respectively. Results:MIC of Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Fructus Schisandrae,Galla Chinensis Formula and Shuanghuanglian Powder on MDR-AB MIC were 4-8,4,16-32,8-16 and 8-16 mg/m L;MBC were 32,8-16,64-128,32-64 and 16-32 mg/m L. Conclusions:Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Fructus Schisandrae,Galla Chinensis Formula and Shuanghuanglian Powder had good antibacterial and bactericidal activities against MDR-AB.
