摘要：隐喻思维理论作为传统医学的原创思维,在中药学领域应用广泛,因其缺乏“科学性”而被一些医家忽视甚至摒弃。中药隐喻的难点是需要医者有较强的悟性与灵活性,才能深入探究其映射结构及其在临床中的应用价值。中药隐喻思维体现了物质和意识两种形态,随着西方医学与思维方式的引入,中医药“去意识化”日益明显,中医药在不断“科学化”的同时,也为中医药的疗效和发展埋下巨大的隐患。因此作为中国古代科技的代表之一的中医药学仅凭实践认识还是不够的,还必须将实践所得的材料多多加“意”,从而探索并还原中医药学“隐喻思维”背后的“道”。诚然,中药隐喻思维也有其固有缺陷,我们应用辨证的态度加以取舍,而非一味否定与批判。
As the original thinking of traditional medicine,the theory of metaphorical thinking is widely used in the field of traditional Chinese pharmacy,and is ignored or even abandoned by some doctors because of its lack of"scientificity".The difficulty of traditional Chinese medicine metaphor is that doctors need to have a strong understanding and flexibility in order to deeply explore its mapping structure and its application value in clinical practice.The metaphorical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine embodies the two forms of material and consciousness.With the introduction of Western medicine and thinking mode,the"de-consciousness"of traditional Chinese medicine is becoming more and more obvious.There are huge hidden dangers in the development.Therefore,as one of the representatives of ancient Chinese science and technology,traditional Chinese medicine is not enough only by practical knowledge.It is necessary to add more"meaning"to the materials obtained from practice,so as to explore and restore the"Tao"behind the"metaphorical thinking"of traditional Chinese medicine.It is true that the metaphorical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine also has its inherent flaws.We should choose a dialectical attitude instead of blindly denying and criticizing.
