摘要：To explore the effect of risk management in the operating room on the intraoperative hemodynamics of patients undergoing spine surgery in the prone position and analyze its preventive effect on unsafe factors in the operating room. 80 patients who underwent spine surgery in the prone position in the operating room of our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected and divided into the study group and control group using the random number Table method, with 40 patients in each group. The differences between the study group and control group in terms of intraoperative blood loss, operative time, awake time and respiratory recovery time were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Before anesthesia and 5m after anesthesia, there were no statistically significant differences between two groups in terms of hemodynamic indicators (P>0.05), while 25m with prone position and at the end of surgery, the hemodynamic level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Risk management in the operating room can significantly diminish the fluctuation of intraoperative hemodynamics of patients undergoing spine surgery in the prone position, minimize the occurrence of unsafe factors in the operating room and improve patients' nursing satisfaction.
