摘要:在应试教育的填鸭式教学模式下,学生难以灵活运用所学知识,导致人才培养质量与社会需求脱节。这种模式不仅削弱了学生的学习热情与主观能动性,更禁锢了其创新能力的发展。将成果导向(OBE)教育理念与导学互动式(BOPPPS)、可操作性能力培养(CDIO)教学模式相结合,强调学生全方位参与教学过程,能够有效激发创新思维并付诸实践,最终达到学习目的。将该整合模式应用于生药学教学实践,通过确立培养目标、优化教学内容、设计实验实践教学方案、完善考核方式,并以学习结果评价教学质量,可实现学生从“被动接受”到“主动参与”的角色转换,进而提升教学效果与质量,满足应用型、创新型人才的社会培养需求。
Under the rote?teaching paradigm of exam?oriented education,students struggle to apply knowledge flexibly,resulting in a disconnection between talent cultivation quality and societal demands.This model not only diminishes students’learning enthusiasm and initiative but also stifles the development of innovative capacities.In?tegrating Outcome?Based Education(OBE)with the BOPPPS(Bridge?In,Objective,Pre?assessment,Participatory Learning,Post?assessment,Summary)interactive pedagogy and the CDIO(Conceive?Design?Implement?Operate)operational competency model emphasizes holistic student engagement in the teaching process.This integrated ap?proach effectively stimulates innovative thinking and practical implementation,ultimately achieving desired learning outcomes.Applying this hybrid model to pharmacognosy education?through defining cultivation objectives,optimizing curricular content,designing experimental training protocols,refining assessment methods,and evaluating teaching quality via learning outcomes?facilitates students’transition from passive knowledge recipients to active participants.Consequently,it enhances educational efficacy and aligns with societal needs for cultivating application?oriented and innovative talents.
