摘要：新时代加强和改进乡村治理是全面推进乡村振兴战略的客观需要,是我国社会主义主要矛盾变化的内在诉求,也是实现乡村社会和谐发展的重要举措。当前,在乡村治理中存在经济文化基础薄弱、主体作用发挥不足、法治化程度不够高等问题,促进经济发展、加强文化建设、强化主体作用、推进法治进程是新时代加强和改进乡村治理的有效路径。
Strengthening and improving rural governance in the new era is the objective need of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization strategy,the internal demand for the change of the main contradictions of socialism in China,and the important measure to realize the harmonious development of rural society.At present,there are some problems in rural governance,such as weak economic and cultural foundation,insufficient play of the main role,and insufficient degree of legalization.This article proposes that promoting economic development,strengthening cultural construction,strengthening the role of the main body,and advancing the process of rule of law are effective ways to strengthen and improve rural governance in the new era.
