摘要:目的:探讨针刺三焦经腧穴对噪音性耳聋模型大鼠耳蜗毛细胞形态学的影响。方法:32只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成空白对照组、耳聋模型组、维E治疗组和针刺治疗组。针刺治疗组取三焦经腧穴翳风(双)、外关(双)。各组大鼠在治疗结束后进行听觉脑干诱发电位(ABR)和耳蜗毛细胞形态学检查。结果:耳聋模型组与空白对照组相比,大鼠ABR阈值异常升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);针刺治疗组、维E治疗组和耳聋模型组相比,大鼠ABR阈值显著改善,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),且针刺治疗组优于维E治疗组(P<0.05)。模型组外毛细胞(OHC)核排列紊乱,细胞膨胀,核固缩,缺失较多,内毛细胞(IHC)形态正常,偶有缺失;针刺治疗组、维E治疗组大鼠耳蜗OHC核排列略紊乱,偶有核膨胀,核固缩,底回OHC仅少数呈现衰变,或形态不整,或模糊欠清,缺失不明显。结论:针刺和维生素E治疗均能降低ABR的阈值,改善噪声导致的听力损害,针刺的效果优于维生素E。针刺和维生素E能够抑制大鼠耳蜗毛细胞死亡,减轻病理损害。
Objective: To explore the effects of acupuncture at tri-jiao channel points on the morphology of cochlear hair cells in noise-induced hearing loss rats. Methods: Thirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a blank control(BC) group, noise-induced hearing loss model(NH) group, vitamin E treatment(VE) group and acupuncture treatment(AT) group. The AT group was treated with acupuncture at both sides of Yifeng(TE17) and Waiguan(TE5). The auditory brainstem response(ABR) and the morphology of cochlear hair cells were observed in each group after the treatment. Results: Compared with the BC group, ABR threshold value was obviously increased in the NH group(P〈0.01). Compared with the NH group, ABR threshold value was significantly improved in the AT and VE group(P〈0.01), and more obvious in the AT group than that in the VE group(P〈0.05). The outer hair cell(OHC) of the NH group was arranged in disorder, enchymatous, karyopyknosis and deficiency, while the inner hair cell(IHC) was normal and less of deficiency, which was slighter in the VE and AT groups. Conclusion: The longterm noise stimulation is significantly harm to the hearing of rats, acupuncture and Vitamin E treatment can improve the noiseinduced hearing damage, and the effect of acupuncture is superior to Vitamin E. The long-term noise exposure can lead to the pathological changes of cochlear hair cells in morphology, cells apoptosis increased, acupuncture and vitamin E can inhibit the hair cell apoptosis and reduce the pathological damage.
