摘要：With the gradual aging of our population, osteoporosis has become a common disease, which has adversely affected the lives and health of patients. Parathyroid hormone and calcitonin are effective substances for the treatment of osteoporosis, and it is very important to study the mechanism of action and clinical efficacy of these two substances. The purpose of this article is to solve some problems of parathyroid hormone combined with calcitonin in the treatment of osteoporosis and to explore the specific effect of the combination of the two substances in the treatment of osteoporosis. Divided into three groups, fifteen animals in each group, namely parathyroid hormone control group, calcitonin control group and parathyroid hormone combined calcitonin observation group, to construct an animal model of osteoporosis in rats, and then bone tissue density, bone mineral content and bone biochemical indicators were detected, and the changes of bone structure in rats were analyzed and studied. The results of the study showed that the use of parathyroid hormone combined with calcitonin in the treatment of osteoporosis in rats, the treatment efficiency was as high as 95.3%, the density of bone tissue in rats increased by 26.8%, and the mineral content of bone tissue per unit volume from the original (148.2 +/- 5.24) increased to (237.5 +/- 6.18), meanwhile, the bone structure of the rats was intact, and the arrangement of bone cells was very neat. It can be seen from this that parathyroid hormone combined with calcitonin has significant curative effect on the treatment of osteoporosis in rats, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
