摘要：运用熵值分析法,对广东、江苏、浙江、山东的创新能力进行测算,从创新环境、创新投入、创新产出和创新绩效四个方面构建指标体系,比较分析四省创新能力的内在差异。分析结果显示,四省创新能力存在显著差异,创新综合指数从高到低依次是江苏、广东、浙江和山东,在创新综合指数四个子系统内部之间差异也很大,结合四省发展现状和创新驱动发展战略,提出四省加强创新能力,提升经济发展质量的对策建议。
The authors measure and calculate the innovation ability in Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shandong through entropy analysis,and build indicator system in four aspects of innovation environment,innovation input,innovation output,and innovation performance to compare and analyze the internal difference of innovation ability in four provinces. The analysis result shows that their innovation abilities have significant differences; the sequence of their comprehensive innovation index is Jiangsu,Guangdong,Zhejiang and Shandong from high to low; the difference is also very large in the four subsystems of comprehensive innovation index; and they put forward the countermeasures that four provinces strengthen the innovation ability and improve the economic development quality by combination of their development status and driven innovation development strategy.
