摘要:目的:了解某高校医学生批判性思维能力的现状。方法:应用汉化版的批判性思维量表(CTDI-CV)对某高校1184名医学生进行调查。结果:该校医学生CTDI-CV总分为(291.97±29.40)分,批判思维呈正性;各维度中寻找真相、系统化能力、批判性思维自信心方面总分低于40分;男女生CTDI-CV总分无统计学差异(P=0.916),女生的开放思想和认知成熟度高于男生(P<0.05);男生的系统化能力和批判性思维自信心高于女生(P<0.05);二年级的CTDI-CV总分、批判性思维自信心、求知欲高于三年级。结论:该校批判性思维能力呈正性。但低年级CTDI-DV总分高于高年级,提示应采取措施培养和提高医学生的批判性思维能力。
Objectives:To investigate critical thinking disposition inventory on medical students.Methods:Chinese Version of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CTDI-CV)was used to investigate the current status of critical thinking of 1184 medical undergraduates of a university.Results:The average total score was(291.97±29.40)points.The scores of three items including“seek truth”,“systematicity”and“confidence”were lower than 40 points in students.There was no significant difference in total scores between genders,but the scores of“open-mindedness”and“maturity”in female were higher than male(P<0.05),the scores of“systematicity”and“confidence”in male were higher than female(P<0.05).The average total scores and the scores of“systematicity”,“confidence”and“thirst for knowledge”in sophomore students were higher than those in junior students.Conclusion:The critical thinking in medical students were positive.But the average total scores of CTDI-CV in sophomore students was higher than junior students.We should take some measures to train and improve the critical thinking of medical students.
