摘要：开阖枢理论起源于《黄帝内经》,历代以来备受医家关注。本研究归纳了自《黄帝内经》以来,古代代表性医家在该理论方面的研究建树;并且基于文献研究,深入挖掘了现代学者对该理论的研究拓展。通过文献挖掘归纳分析,得出结论,开阖枢理论注重整体观念,将六经开阖枢与脏腑气化功能相结合,能够清晰地阐释疾病病机,指导临床用药,已广泛应用于经方作用机制的研究。
The theory of opening,closing,and pivot originated from the Huangdi′s Internal Classic(Huang Di Nei Jing)and has been highly regarded by physicians throughout history.This study summarizes the research achievements of representative ancient physicians on this theory since the time of the Huangdi′s Internal Classic.Based on literature research,it also delves into the modern scholars′expansion of this theory.Through a comprehensive analysis of the literature,the conclusion is drawn that the opening,closing,and pivot theory emphasizes a holistic view and combines the opening,closing,and pivot functions of the six meridians with the qi transformation functions of the organs.This theory provides a clear explanation of disease mechanisms,guides clinical medication,and has been widely applied in the study of the mechanisms of classical formulas.
