摘要：目的:探讨化浊颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠模型血脂及肝脏病理切片的影响。方法:以高脂饲料喂养8周建立非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠模型,随机分为5组,以罗格列酮0.36 mg.kg-1 ig作对照,观察化浊颗粒0.675,2.025 g.kg-1课题ig4周对大鼠体重、肝指数、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、肝细胞脂肪变性的影响。结果:化浊颗粒组及罗格列酮组与模型组相比TG,TC均降低,且有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),化浊颗粒高剂量组和罗格列酮组治疗效果相似,明显优于化浊颗粒低剂量组。结论:化浊颗粒可降低非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠TG,TC,从而改善了非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠的血脂代谢异常和病理改变。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Huazhuo granules on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and insulin resistance in rat model of hepatosteatosishigh.Method：Rat model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease was induced by feeding high fat diet for 8 weeks,and then the rats were randomized into 4 groups（n=10 each）：model group,Huazhuo granules groups（2.025,0.675 g·kg-1）and positive control group（rosiglitazone 0.35 mg·kg-1）.Another 10 normal rats were used as the normal control.The influence of the treatments on TC,TG,insulin resistance index was investigated.Result：Compared with the model group,Huazhuo granules group and rosiglitazone group showed reduced TG,TC significantly（P0.05 or P0.01）.Huazhuo granules high-dose group had similar therapeutic effect as that in rosiglitazone group,appeared to be superior to the low-dose.Conclusion：Huazhuo granules can decrase TG,TC in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,thus alleviate pathological changes and lipid metabolism in the rats.
