摘要:甘肃作为中医药资源大省,坐拥当归、黄芪等道地药材,却长期面临“资源大省、产业小省”的发展困境,核心症结在于合成生物技术与人工智能融合深度不足、产业链加工层次偏低、创新发展环境亟待优化。为此,需以“技术突破-平台支撑-工程攻坚-保障护航”四位一体路径推进产业革新,通过构建多学科交叉技术体系、搭建核心支撑平台、实施重大攻坚工程、完善配套保障机制,推动产业发展从资源依赖转向创新驱动,为西部特色中医药产业现代化提供可复制、可推广的实践模式。
Gansu,a major province rich in traditional Chinese medicine resources,boasts authentic medicinal materials such as Angelica sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus.However,it has long been trapped in the development dilemma of being a"resource-rich province yet industry-weak one".The core crux lies in the insufficient integration depth between synthetic biotechnology and artificial intelligence,the low level of industrial chain processing,and the urgent need to optimize the innovation-driven development environment.To address this issue,it is imperative to advance industrial transformation through the four-in one path of"technological breakthroughs-platform support-project tackling guarantee reinforcement".By establishing a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary technological system,building core supporting platforms,implementing major tackling projects,and improving supporting guarantee mechanisms,drive the industrial development to shift from resource dependence to innovation-driven growth.This will provide a replicable and promotable practical model for the modernization of characteristic TCM industries in western China.
