摘要:通过检索有关皂角刺化学成分和药理作用、药效研究的相关文献,对其抗肿瘤药理作用及化学成分的研究进行整理,并作一简要概述,为进一步研究皂角刺的抗肿瘤作用提供参考。通过总结发现,皂角刺抗肿瘤药理作用研究多以细胞模型作为研究对象,对于其药理作用、药效研究的评价还不够系统;对皂角刺抗肿瘤作用机制的研究仅涉及蛋白组学研究,且研究较为单一,未深入到基因转录水平。
By searching the related literature about the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and pharmacodynamics research of Gleditsiae spina,this paper sorts out and makes a brief summary on the antineoplastic pharmacological effects and chemical constituents thereof,so as to provide references for further study on the antineoplastic pharmacological effects of Gleditsiae spina.Through the summary,it is found that the antineoplastic pharmacological effects of Gleditsiae spina mostly take cell model as the research object,and the evaluation of its pharmacological effects and pharmacodynamics research is not systematic enough;the research on the antineoplastic mechanism of Gleditsiae spina only involves proteomics research,moreover,the research is relatively simple,and does not go deep into the level of gene transcription.
