摘要：培养具备科研和实践综合素质的预防医学人才是"一带一路"对预防医学人才的新要求。甘肃中医药大学预防医学专业作为一个年轻的专业,如何培养适应时代需要的人才是亟待解决的问题。通过查阅教育教学文献,构想采用本科生导师制、实践课程的系统化和实践基地建设、多种教学方法改革、严格控制毕业课题质量等方法为进一步实践培养科研和实践综合素质的预防医学人才提供依据。
Training the personnel with comprehensive quality of scientific research and practice in the preventive medicine is new needs for'the Belt and Road'.Preventive medicine is a new specialty in Gansu University of Chinese Medicine.How to train the personnel satisfied with the needs of society is an urgent issue to be solved.After reviewing the references related with education,we tried to plan to foster the personnel in the Preventive Medicine by multiple methods,including the undergraduate mentoring system,and curriculum systematization and practice base construction,and reform of teaching methods,and the quality control of graduation project and so on.
