摘要：变应性鼻炎(AR)是由于辅助性T细胞2(Th2)淋巴细胞过度活化而引起的一种鼻腔黏膜非感染性炎症型的疾病,是耳鼻咽喉科最常见的慢性难治性疾病。由于近年来患病率明显上升,越来越多的学者开始关注AR。维生素E在临床实践中被广泛用于预防和治疗不同的疾病,有基础科学研究发现维生素E与AR有着重要的联系,它可以减少免疫变态反应的发生。本文通过对维生素E的代谢、作用机制及其与AR之间的关系的最新研究进展进行综述,旨在为维生素E在AR中的应用提供一定的理论指导。
Allergic rhinitis(AR)is a non-infectious inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa caused by excessive activation of helper T cells 2(Th2)lymphocytes.It is the most common chronic refractory disease in otorhinolaryngology.In recent years,the prevalence rate of AR has increased significantly,more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to AR.In clinical practice,vitamin E has been widely used to prevent and treat different diseases.Basic scientific studies have found that there is an important relationship between vitamin E and allergic rhinitis,which can reduce the occurrence of immune allergic reaction.In this paper,the metabolism and mechanism of vitamin E and the relationship between vitamin E and AR were reviewed.The purpose of the paper is to provide some theoretical guidance for the application of vitamin E in AR.
