摘要：角药是对药临证运用基础上的扩展延伸,在中医辨证论治基础上的三药联用,互为犄角的一种配伍形式。从敦煌遗书的方剂中可提取具有“皮”“草”“藤”“白”“子”“花”药物功效的6组特色角药,其功能为疏风清热、清热凉血、解毒透疹、通络散风,补血活血、解表散寒,祛风燥湿,祛风止痒。在临证辨治银屑病时尤其别具巧思,用药灵活,组方独特,可拟方名,疗效甚佳,常获痊愈。通过总结为临床诊治银屑病提供宝贵的参考价值。
Horn medicine is an extension of the clinical application of medicine,and the combination of three medicines on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment is a form of compatibility of horns.From the prescriptions in the posthumous writings of Dunhuang,6 groups of characteristic horn medicines with the medicinal effects of “skin”,“grass”,“vine”,“white”,“seed” and “flower” can be extracted.Dredging collaterals to disperse wind,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,relieving exterior syndrome and dispelling cold,expelling wind and dampness,dispelling wind and relieving itching.Especially in the treatment of psoriasis according to syndrome differentiation,it is ingenious,flexible in medication,unique in prescription,and can be used to draw up the name of the prescription.The curative effect is very good,and it is often cured.The summary provides valuable reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.
