摘要：目的探讨儿童鼾症采用扁桃体摘除联合鼻镜下腺样体切除治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月至2016年9月56例鼾症患儿,采用随机对照分组方式将其分为两组,对照组实施扁桃体摘除联合传统腺样体刮除术式治疗,观察组实施扁桃体摘除联合鼻镜下腺样体切除术式治疗。并对两组患者的治疗效果、手术时间以及术中出血量情况进行对比。结果观察组患儿治疗后的总有效率为100%,高于对照组(71.43%,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组患儿手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组患儿术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论儿童鼾症采用扁桃体摘除联合鼻镜下腺样体切除的方式进行治疗,其临床效果显著,可使患儿的手术时间缩短,减少术中出血量,安全性较高,值得临床上进一步推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tonsillectomy on children with snoring disease combined with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope. Methods Fifty - six cases with snoring children from March 2015 to September 2016 were selected, and were divided into two groups, the control group received adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy combined with traditional curettage treatment, the observation group received tonsillectomy combined with nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy treatment. The treatment effect, operation time and blood loss of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group after treatment, the total efficiency was 100% , which was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the difference was significant; In the observation group, the operation time was significantly shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the difference was significant ; In the observation group, the blood loss was less than that of the control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of tonsillectomy adenoidectomy combined nasal endoscopic treatment on child snoring is significant, it can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, and has high security, so it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
