摘要：红芪多糖是红芪药材的主要活性成分之一,大量研究表明红芪多糖具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫调节及防治糖尿病并发症等广泛的药理作用。目前,红芪多糖的单体在临床中的应用还较少,本文梳理和总结近3年国内外相关红芪多糖药理作用研究的新进展,体现其在临床应用优势和开发前景。
Hedysari polysaccharide is the main active component of Hedysari.A large number of studies showed that Hedysari polysaccharide had pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,immune regulation and prevention of diabetic complications.At present,the application of the monomer of Hedysarum polysaccharide in clinical practice is still rare.This paper reviewed and summarized the recent progress of the pharmacological research of Hedysarum polysaccharide at home and abroad in recent three years,and discussed its advantages in clinical application and development prospects.
