摘要:目的优选蜜党参的最佳炮制工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以党参炔苷含量、多糖含量及饮片性状为评价指标;以炼蜜用量、稀释炼蜜水量、闷润时间和炒制时间为考察因素,优选出蜜党参的最佳炮制工艺。结果党参最佳蜜炙工艺为:每100g党参用炼蜜25g;炼蜜加水量为1∶1;闷润时间为8 h;将闷润好的党参置锅内,用文火炒制10 min出锅。结论该工艺操作简便,所生产蜜党参质量稳定。
Objective To optimize honey- fired processing technology for Codonopsis pilosula. Methods Using orthogonal experiment design,the content of lobetyolin,polysaccharide and appearance as evaluation index,optimization the best honey- fired processing technology for Codonopsis pilosula. The factory is the dosage of honey,the dosage of water,covered moistening time and processing time. Results The best Honey Codonopsis pilosula processing technology is per 100 g add honey 25 g,add water is1: 1,covered moistening time is 8 hour,processing time is 10 minutes. Conclusion This method is simple and stable,and so is the quality of this Honey Codonopsis pilosula.
