摘要：目的探讨舒经玫瑰胶囊对小鼠原发性痛经的保护作用。方法以小鼠血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及一氧化氮(NO)为指标进行实验观察。结果舒经玫瑰胶囊对小鼠原发性痛经血清中GSH-PX与NO的升高有显著的作用(P<0.01)。结论舒经玫瑰胶囊通过对小鼠血清中GSH-PX和NO含量的影响,对小鼠原发性痛经有保护作用。
Objective To approach the protective effect of shujing meigui jiaonang(menalgia-relieving rose capsules) on mice's primary menalgia. Method Using the serum levels of glutathione-peroxidase (GSH-PX) and nitric oxide(NO) as the indices to prove the medicine's curative effect. Result Shujing meigui jiaonang obviously increased the serum levels of GSH-PX and NO in mice with primary dysmenorrhea.Conclusion The medicine Shujing meigui jiaonang has a very obviously protective action for the mice against primary dysmenorrhea throuth influening the GSH-PX and NO of the blood.
