摘要：阐述了《小儿药证直诀》中有关中医儿科护理学的学术思想,包括望诊思想、季节辨证护理思想、脾胃辨证护理思想、饮食辨证护理思想和用药剂量5个方面。该书包含的学术思想对现代儿科疾病的诊断和护理仍具有重要的参考价值。
This paper mainly reviews the academic thoughts on pediatric nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in Key to Therapeutics of Children’s Disease,which can be summarized in the following five aspects:children’s inspection,nursing with seasonal syndrome differentiation,nursing with pediatric spleen and stomach differentiation,diet care of syndrome differentiation and children’s drug dosage.The academic ideas contained in this book throw light on the diagnosis and nursing of modern pediatric diseases.
