摘要：目的通过测定生长期内不同月份纹党皂苷的含量变化,研究纹党品质形成的变化规律。方法采用人参皂苷含量测定法,用甲醇超声提取后以正丁醇萃取,萃取液回收正丁醇后,残渣用甲醇定容;精密取定溶液低温挥干,加1%香草醛-冰醋酸0.5ml,加入高氯酸0.5ml,60℃下静置反应30min,冷水浴2min后,加入5ml冰醋酸,在540nm处测定总皂苷含量。结果纹党生长期内不同月份总皂苷含量4月含量最高,8月增长幅度最大,9月开始下降。结论纹党总皂苷含量受温度和季节的变化影响较大,纹党皂苷含量积累符合植物开花期、结果期成长的变化规律。
Objective By measuring the change of the content of the Wendang in different month of the growth period,the change law of formation of the grain quality was studied. Methods The content of Wendang in Panax ginseng assay,using ultrasonic extraction of methanol to positive butanol extraction,recovery of the extraction liquid is butanol,residue with methanol constant volume; precision take constant low temperature solution volatile dry,plus 1% vanillin glacial acetic acid 0. 5ml,add 0. 5ml perchlorate and 60℃ under static reaction time is 30 min. After 2 min of cold water bath,add 5 ml of glacial acetic acid,at 540 nm and determination of content of Wendang. Results The content of Wendang in different months of the growth period was highest in April,the largest in August,and decreased in September. Conclusion The content of Wendang was affected by the change of temperature and season,and the content of Wendang was in line with the change of plant flowering stage and the growth of the results.
