摘要："五脏元真通畅,人即安和"即人体五脏元气充实,气、血、津液通畅,阴平阳秘,五脏功能和调,从而具有较强的抗邪能力,使外邪不易侵犯人体,人体生理活动正常。《金匮要略》将疾病病机概括为阴阳失调,气滞、水停、血瘀等。阴阳失调伴随疾病的始终。气滞、水停、血瘀可随疾病的发展表现为先后、轻重的不同。在疾病后期的瘀血阶段,病机复杂,往往阴阳失调,气滞、水停、血瘀同时具备。治法上,在调和阴阳的基础上有气水同治、气血同治、水血同治以及气滞、水停、血瘀三者同治,但归根结底,其目的均意在通畅五脏元真。此为张仲景治病思想的真谛所在。
'With dredged Five Zang Yuan Zhen,people are safe and in harmonious',that is,when the body′s Yuan qi in five Zang are full of vitality as well as th Qi,blood and fluid move smoothly and fluently,human′s Yin and Yang are balanced and the functions of the five Zang would be in good condition,thus there would be strong anti-evil ability and it would be difficult for the evil factors to invade the human body.In this case,the human physiological activity is normal.Jin Kui Yao Lue summarizes the disease pathogenesis into the followings:Yin and Yang disorders,Qi stagnation,Water stagnation,Blood stasis and so on.Yin and Yang disorders accompany the disease all the time.Qi stagnation,Water stagnation and Blood stasis can be different conditions according to the development of the diseases.In the blood stasis stage in the later stage of the diseases,the pathogenesis is complicated,often with Yin and Yang disorders,Qi stagnation,Water stagngation and Blood stasis occur at the same time,or even all of the problems should be solved at the same time.In essence,the purpose of that is to smooth the Yuan Zhen of the five Zang.This is the true meaning of Zhang Zhongjing′s thought in treating diseases.
