摘要：双心疾病又称为心理心脏病,指的是患者的心脏与心理共同发病,即心血管疾病合并焦虑抑郁等一系列心理障碍。国内对于双心疾病的认知起步较晚,随着“社会-心理-生物医学”新医学模式的提出,以及胡大一教授将“心身疾病”的概念引入国内相关研究领域,国内对于“双心疾病”的认知和研究开始迅速发展。如今社会节奏加快,双心疾病的发病率不断增高,已经成为社会常见的多发病种。而国内长期以来对于双心疾病的治疗多还停留在“单心”治疗方面:多局限于仅对心血管疾病的躯体症状进行诊疗,忽视了由心血管疾病引起的心理障碍的治疗。为了追求身心健康,人们对双心疾病越来越重视,对双心同治的呼声也越来越高。相较于西医用药的诸多限制与严重的不良反应,中医药疗法因疗效显著、绿色安全、不良反应小等优点被人们接受和喜爱。文章基于国内外对双心疾病病因、发病机制和治疗的研究成果,围绕双心疾病中医药治疗方面的问题对国内外的相关文献进行阐述与总结,以期对中医药临床诊治双心疾病有所帮助。
Psychology-heart disease,also known as psychological and heart disease,refers to the combination of cardiovascular disease and a series of psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression.The domestic recognition of psychology-heart disease started late.With the proposal of the new medical model of society-psychology-biomedicine and the introduction ofP the concept of psychosomatic disease by Professor HU Dayi into the domestic research field,the domestic awareness and research on psychology-heart disease began to develop rapidly.Nowadays,with the accelerated pace of society,the incidence of psychology-heart disease is increasing,which has become a common and frequent disease in clinical practice.However,for a long time in China,the treatment of psychology-heart disease still stays in the aspect of single heart treatment.It is mostly limited to the diagnosis and treatment of physical symptoms of patients with cardiovascular disease,ignoring the treatment of psychological disorders caused by cardiovascular disease.In order to pursue physical and mental health,people pay more and more attention to psychology-heart disease,and the voice of treating cardiovascular disease and psychological illness simultaneously is also growing.Compared with many restrictions and serious adverse effects of Western medicine,TCM therapy has been accepted and loved by people because of its advantages of remarkable efficacy,safety,and fewer adverse reactions.Based on the research results on the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of psychology-heart disease at home and abroad,the domestic and international literature on treating psychology-heart disease is elaborated and summarized in the paper,with a view to helping the clinical diagnosis and treatment of psychology-heart disease in TCM.
