摘要：通过对兰州市城关区社区卫生服务机构健康管理现状的初步调查和分析,总结出其存在以下问题:(1)健康管理相关专业人员匮乏。(2)健康管理服务数量有待增加。(3)健康管理服务质量有待提高。并对其发展提出建议:(1)大力加强专业人员的培养,破解健康管理发展的瓶颈。(2)与健康管理有机整合,提升社区卫生服务机构的核心竞争力。(3)以慢性病管理为切入点,不断提高服务质量。
Through surveying and analyzing situation of community health care organizations in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City,it was indicated that professional in the area of health management was shortage;varieties of the health service were not diversiform,which remains to be improved;the quality of the health service was not good and had yet to be promoted.Abasing on the above all and efficiently resolving these problems,to strengthen the training of professionals,to break the bottleneck of health management development,to integrate the health management into the community health care organizations,and to make chronic disease management as the point of entry of improving health management are suggested in order to promote the core competition and quantity of service of community health care organizations.
