摘要：变应性鼻炎作为最常见的呼吸道过敏性疾病,同时又可导致支气管哮喘、中耳炎、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低氧综合征等多种疾病,其经济负担和成本是非常大的,也容易造成人的精神焦虑以及抑郁。已成为危害人民身心健康、影响人民生活质量,影响社会经济发展的重大公共健康问题。本文对AR的病因病机以及最新治疗进行归纳总结,为临床提供更多可靠依据。
Allergic rhinitis(AR),as the most common respiratory allergic disease,can also lead to bronchial asthma,otitis media,obstructive sleep apnea hypoxia syndrome and other diseases.Its economic burden and cost are very large,and it is also easy to cause people’s mental anxiety and depression.It has become a major public health problem endangering people’s physical and mental health,affecting people’s quality of life and social and economic development.This paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis and the latest treatment of AR,so as to provide more reliable basis for clinical practice.
