摘要:目的探讨生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤小鼠创面愈合的影响及对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法将30只小鼠制成深Ⅱ度烧伤模型后,随机分为烧伤模型组、美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)组、生肌玉红膏组,每组10只。烧伤创面分别给予生理盐水、美宝湿润烧伤膏、生肌玉红膏治疗,2次/d。观察生肌玉红膏治疗后创面愈合情况,并用碳粒廓清法测定小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果与烧伤模型组比较,生肌玉红膏组小鼠创面愈合率提高,创面愈合时间缩短(P<0.05),单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强(P<0.05)。结论生肌玉红膏可有效促进烧伤创面愈合,提高单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能是其可能的作用机制之一。
Objective To study the effect of Shengji Yuhong Ointment on promoting wound healing and pha-gocytic function of mononuclear macrophages of deep partial-thickness burn in mouse.Methods 30 mice were made into the models of deep partial-thickness burn and then randomly divided into burn model group,MEBO group,Shengji Yuhong Ointment group,every group had 10 mice.Burn wounds were treated with saline,MEBO,Shengji Yuhong Ointment respectively,2 times 1 day.Observed the wound healing after treatment of Shengji Yuhong Ointment and determined the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophages in mice by means of carbon granules clearance test.Results Compared with the burn model group,the wound healing rate was higher,the time for wound healing was shorter and the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophages was improved in the Shengji Yuhong Ointment group.Conclusion Shengji Yuhong Ointment can be effective in promoting burn wound healing,increasing the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophage is one of its possible mechanism.
