摘要：胶质瘤是由神经外胚层分化而来的胶质细胞形成的肿瘤,在颅内肿瘤中发病率为第一位。我国颅内肿瘤的平均年发病率很高,其中胶质瘤占40%~67%,具有高发病率、高复发率、高病死率和低治愈率的特点。脑胶质瘤是最常见的神经系统原发性肿瘤,大多数属恶性,预后差,胶质瘤组织大多数呈浸润性生长,与其周围正常脑组织边界不清,手术很难全切,极易复发。近年来脑胶质瘤的治疗出现了一些新方法,如中医药治疗、现代医学先进技术。该文就临床上中西医治疗脑胶质瘤的研究进展进行综述。
Glioma is formed from neuroectodermal differentiation of glial cell tumors, in intracranial tumor incidence rate of the first. The average annual incidence rate of intracranial tumors in our country is very high, which accounts for 40%~67%, which has the characteristics of high incidence rate, high recurrence rate, high mortality rate and low cure rate. Glioma is the most common primary central nervous system tumors, most of the malignant tumors, the prognosis was poor, glioma tissues most infiltrative growth, and the surrounding normal brain tissue boundary is not clear, operation is difficult to cut the whole, have a relapse extremely easily. In recent years, there have been some new methods in the treatment of brain glioma, such as Chinese medicine treatment, modern medicine advanced technology. This article reviews the research progress of the clinical treatment of brain glioma with Western and Chinese medicine.
