摘要：目的调查甘肃省榆中县毛茛科药用植物资源及开发利用现状,为该地区毛茛科药用植物资源的合理开发及利用提供依据。方法依据全国第四次中药资源普查技术方案,通过野外实地踏查、走访调查及样方调查采集药用植物标本,并结合文献资料对榆中县毛茛科药用植物标本进行分属、分种鉴定。结果该地区毛茛科药用植物共有12属、20种,其中分布较广的属为银莲花属、铁线莲属、翠雀花属、乌头属等,药用部位以根茎类及全草类居多,功效以祛风、止痛、解毒为主,主要分布在兴隆山和马衔山一带。结论甘肃省榆中县毛茛科野生药用植物种类较为丰富、药用价值高,但中药资源利用率低,野生资源保护意识不强。
Objective To investigate the medicinal plant resources, exploitation and application of Ranuncu- laceae in Yuzhong county of Gansu province, in order to provide basis for rational development and utilization of it. Methods According to the fourth national census of traditional Chinese medicine resources, medicinal plant speci- mens were collected by means of wild field investigations, sample surveys and interviews. The species identification of medicinal plants of Ranunculaceae in Yuzhong County was performed combined with literature data.Results A total of 12 genera and 20 species of medicinal plants of Ranunculaceae were identified in this investigation in Yuzhong county of Gansu province. The most widely distributed genera were Anemone, Clematis, Delphinium and Aconitum, and rhizomes and herba were plenty than any other for officinal parts, with the drug effect of dispelling wind, stopping pain, and detoxification.Among them, most of rhizomes are distributed in Xinglongshan and Mazhong- shah of Yuzhong County. Conclusion The medicinal plants of Ranunculaceae in Yuzhong County of Gansu Province are rich in resources with high medicinal value, however, the utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine resources is low and the protection awareness of wildlife conservation is weak.
