摘要：目的:通过调查兰州市社区空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理知-信-行现状,分析空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理的影响因素,提高病人自我管理水平。方法:通过多阶段随机抽样,选取兰州市4个社区280例空巢老年糖尿病病人进行糖尿病自我管理现状调查。结果:兰州市社区空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理总分为(62.68±10.72)分,单因素结果显示性别、文化程度、居住方式、付费方式、家庭人均月收入、治疗方式及病程是空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理水平的影响因素(P<0.05),多元线性回归结果显示文化程度和治疗方式是空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:兰州市社区空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理处于中下水平,临床医护人员及社区卫生机构工作人员应增加对空巢老年糖尿病病人的关注,针对不同病人进行个体化健康教育,提高病人自我管理水平。
Objective:To investigate the status quoof self-management knowledge-belief-behavior of communityempty-nest elderly diabetic patients inLanzhou city and analyze the influencing factors of self-management of empty-nest elderly diabetic patients,in order to improve the self-management level of patients.Methods:Through multi-stage random sampling,a total of 280 empty-nest elderly diabetic patients from 4 communities in Lanzhou were selected forsurvey of the status quo of diabetes self-management.Results:The total score of self-management of empty-nest elderly diabetic patients in Lanzhou city was(62.68±10.72).The single-factor results showed that gender,education level,spouse or not,payment method,family monthly income,treatment method,complications,and course of disease were theinfluencing factors of empty-nest elderly diabetic patients(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression results showed that education level and treatment methods influenced the self-management level of empty-nest elderly diabetic patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-management of empty-nest elderly diabetic patients in the Lanzhou community was at the middle-low level.Clinical medical staff and community health agency staff should pay more attention to empty-nest elderly diabetic patients,conduct individualized health education for different patients,and improve patients′self-management levels.
