摘要：黄元御的《四圣心源》中对于消渴及其并发症的辨治思路遵循其"一气周流,土枢四象"的学术理念,重视温肾健脾、燥湿、通降胆胃,明确否定了滋阴润燥为主的消渴传统治疗方法,给予临床以崭新的思路,整体观念更强,理法方药见解独到,是临床诊治糖尿病及其并发症的新途径。
HUANG Yuanyu in his book Heart Origin of Four Saints proposed that Qi moves in loops,and the earth is the pivot for other four elements ,and based on this thought,he emphasized using warming kid- ney and invigorating spleen,drying dampness,unblocking gallbladder and stomach for diabetes and clearly opposed using the traditional method of nourishing Yin and moistening the dryness. His thought gives a new way for the clinical therapy,and gives more emphasis on the wholism. Besides,his theory,principle,formula and medicine were unique,which could provide a new way for treating diabetes and the complication.
