摘要:目的:探讨银杏叶注射液对丙泊酚麻醉后高龄鼠认知功能的影响。方法:采用丙泊酚构建高龄大鼠认知功能障碍模型后按小(1ml/kg)、中(2ml/kg)、大(4ml/kg)、超大(8ml/kg)剂量银杏叶注射液分别腹腔注射,观测大鼠水迷宫逃避潜伏期优化剂量,应用优化后剂量进行短期(3天)、中期(5天)、长期(7天)时间依赖性实验。结果:不同剂量及不同治疗周期的银杏叶注射液能够影响大鼠水迷宫平均逃避潜伏期。结论:银杏叶注射液在改善丙泊酚麻醉后认知功能障碍时存在量效及时间依赖关系。
Objective:To explore the effects of ginkgo leaf injection on cognitive function in the aged rats after propofol anaesthesia.Methods:Aged rat models were established with propofol,and they accepted intraperitoneal injection of ginkgo leaf injection in small(1 mL/kg),moderate(2 mL/kg),large(4 mL/kg)and extra large(8 mL/kg)dosages respectively,the doses were optimized through observing the escape latency of the rats in water maze,short-term(three days),moderate-term(five days)and long-term(seven days)time-dependent experiment was performed through using the optimized dosages.Results:Different dosages and different therapeutic cycles ginkgo leaf injection could affect mean escape latency of the rats in water maze.Conclusion:Ginkgo leaf injection shows dose-dependent and time-dependent relationship in improving cognitive dysfunction after propofol anaesthesia.
