摘要:培养创新型高素质人才是新时代高校教改的主题,实验教学是培养和造就创新型人才的重要承载体和关键平台。医药类专业分析化学实验教学,以培养具有科学精神、创新思维和创新能力的人才为目标。本文从教学内容和实验项目的确定和设计出发;增设设计性实验、创新性实验和综合性实验,精减验证性实验;采用"项目导向、任务驱动"教学法教学,加强团队协作学习;组织举行分析化学实验理论知识竞赛和实验操作技能竞赛;完善实践教学考核形式,采用综合多样的考核方法;强化绿色化学与可持续发展教育;加强师资培训和提升教师专业水平和科研能力,开展实施分析化学实验教改;建立分析化学学习网站等方面进行了尝试。为医药类专业分析化学实验课教改及其发展提供了理论依据和实践指导。
Cultivating innovative and high-quality talents is the theme of the reform of college education in the new era.Experimental teaching is an important carrier and key platform for cultivating and bringing up innovative talents.The experimental teaching of analytical chemistry for pharmaceutical specialties aims at cultivating talents with scientific spirit,innovative thinking and ability.Draw lessons from the advanced experience of the teaching reform of analytical chemistry experiment courses domestic and foreign to discuss and design the idea.Plans and implementation of the teaching reform of analytical chemistry experiment courses.Start from the determination and design of teaching content and experimental projects.Increase design experiments,innovative experiments and comprehensive experiments to streamline verification experiments.Use"project-oriented,task-driven"teaching methods to strengthen teamwork learning.Organize and hold analytical chemistry experiment theory knowledge competition and experimental operation skill competition.Improve the practical teaching evaluation form,adopt comprehensive and diverse evaluation methods to scientifically and objectively evaluate experimental results.Strengthen green chemistry and sustainable development education.Strengthen teacher training and improve teacher professionalism in terms of scientific research capabilities and other aspects,and carry out the implementation of analytical chemistry experiment teaching reform.Establish an analytical chemistry learning website etc.Improve the quality of teaching and personnel training,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the teaching reform and development of analytical chemistry experiment courses for pharmaceutical specialties.
