摘要：目的：分析胫骨远端Pil on骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法：将82例胫骨远端Pil on骨折患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组行切开复位内固定术，观察组采用内固定术联合外固定支架治疗。结果：观察组并发症发生率（7.32%）、骨折影像学愈合时间（15.7±5.32）周、下地负重时间（23.8±6.51）周均明显低短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：切开复位内固定加外固定支架治疗胫骨远端Pil on骨折患者，能够快速促进骨折，恢复踝关节功能。
objective:To analyszed treatment effect of distal tibia fractures pillon. Methods :82 patients with distal tibia Pillon fracture received open reduction and internal fixation , internal fixation with external fixation. Result:observation group complication rate (7.32%), radiological complete healing time (15.7±5.32) weeks, completely weight-bearing time(23.8±6.51) week were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of patients with distal tibia fractures pillon , can quickly promote fracture restore, improve ankle joint function.
